Core changes (I'm not talking flat tummies here)

There is a shift occurring. Tectonic plate shifting shit. Emotional, spiritual, physical tectonic shifting in me as me. I can feel, see and experience the shift. It's me and it's happening to me. Seeing and feeling and knowing this experience is beautiful and seeing the change in small things that are grand all in their own way is incredible. My sensitivity is awakening and my joy is becoming boundless. I feel as a ball rolling down an enormous hill, gathering and warming and preparing and yet treading lightly on this great and powerful earth. I'm so grateful for this awareness and for this experience that is mine, that is me.
